The main living room, decorated in soft neutral tones, features a large sectional sofa, coffee table and HD television, all facing the breathtaking ocean panorama. This inviting lounge connects to an indoor dining area that comfortably seats ten guests, as well as a stylish bar with stools, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. At the rear of the house, a terrace leads to the fully equipped kitchen, beautifully designed with dark wood finishes, a central island and modern appliances.

At the front, the terrace reveals a magnificent view over the Caribbean Sea and the lush tropical landscape. The infinity swimming pool stretches toward the horizon, reflecting the brilliant shades of the sky and ocean.
