About the Villas

1 Are pets allowed?

Some villas do accept small pets, while others don’t. Please inquire with us before booking.

2 Are the villas family-friendly?

Some villas are perfectly suited for families. Others may not be ideal for young children due to open staircases or pool design—feel free to ask us for recommendations.

3 Do all villas have private pools?

Most of our villas feature private pools with sea or garden views. Full details are available on each villa’s page.

Arrival & Departure

1 Can I arrive late at night?

Absolutely. We can accommodate late arrivals—just let us know in advance.

2 What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 AM, unless previously arranged.

3 Do you offer airport or port pickup?

Yes, a member of our team will personally greet you upon arrival and escort you to your villa.

Booking & Payment

1 Are there any additional fees?

Local taxes and service charges are clearly indicated during booking. Additional services (private chef, massages, etc.) may incur extra costs.

2 Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is usually due 90 days before arrival.

3 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and secure third-party payment services.

4 How do I book a villa?

You can book directly on our website or by contacting our team. Once you’ve selected a villa, we’ll send you a rental agreement to confirm your booking.

1 Can I hire a private chef?

Yes, we can arrange a private chef for dinners, brunches, events, or special occasions.

2 What services are included with the villa rental?

Daily housekeeping, concierge assistance, and a personalized welcome are included with every stay.

Changes are possible depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible to make any adjustments.

Yes, our local team is available 7 days a week for any assistance or emergencies.

3 What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation terms vary depending on the season. They’re always clearly outlined in the rental contract. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
